2. Accounts
Where accounts are offered, users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for providing accurate information. The current local prototype does not provide real authentication or secure storage.
3. Appointments
Submitting a booking request does not, by itself, guarantee an appointment until the practice or connected booking system confirms the selected slot.
4. Eyewear and pricing
Frame availability, specifications and prices shown during development may be demonstration data. Final product information should be confirmed by the practice.
5. AI Frame Fitting
Virtual fitting is intended as a visual aid for comparing frame styles. It should not be represented as a clinical measurement, prescription determination or guarantee of physical fit unless and until the relevant technology has been validated for that purpose.
6. Changes
MACASPECS may update website content, services and functionality. The final published terms should state the effective date and version history.
